Incredibly nice staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The venue was set in the central position just off the pub where the food was great. It also was in Bishop's castle for the weekend.

Exceptionally attentive staff and lovely welcoming hotel.
Very good overall experience. Great food, very good service and great view over the hills. Location adjacent to the restaurant and a wonderful market town. Also, in Bishop's castle. Excellent location, wonderful breakfast with variety of food. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

The double room here is well-kept and has a nice bathroom with all the necessary amenities you could ask for, including a selection of tea. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. 😊
